Overview
I’m looking for a personal assistant, this role is one that will require a variety of skills & ability to execute a wide spectrum of tasks. You will work very closely with me and from time to time, my wife, Nathali.
I’m seeking someone on-site in the city of Miami, who has access to reliable transportation. I need you on-site as you will be required to do some pick up, drop off or other in-person coordination from time to time, but it will be primarily remote. The hours will vary, sometimes requiring very early mornings (think 5am) or very late nights (think 3am).
This role is great for someone who is ambitious and ready to learn a lot in a short amount of time while getting paid to learn.

Requirements
You will be expected to learn fast & pick up new skills or knowledge in cryptocurrency, blockchain, venture investments, sales, design, real estate, quantitative analysis & more. You can expect a decent portion of the work to be simple, tedious tasks.

- Coordinating with people for in-person appointments
- Getting supporting documentation from third-parties
- Finding properties online or in-person for review
- Setting up and executing transfer of funds (via crypto or fiat)
- Reviewing business opportunities and creating analysis
- Creating excel models for potential investments
- Planning in-person events
- Picking up & dropping off materials
- Negotiating deals with vendors or other third parties
- Fielding sales calls
- Setting reservations at hard to reserve restaurants
- Handling dogs or dog sitting
Compensation
In terms of compensation, the base pay is $95k, with an opportunity for end of year performance bonus of up to 10%. You also get 3 weeks of paid vacation, 4 sick days & full health care (100% medical coverage).
Interview process
The interview process will be as follows:
- Complete a short written exercise: Find my personal email and me an email with all of the steps you’d take to understand what goes into a kitchen remodel & how you’d find a contractor to execute a remodel
- Meet with me & my wife: Complete a short zoom interview or coffee with me and my wife to get to know each other
- Complete a mock analysis: I’ll send you a list of some data & I’ll ask you to create an analysis against it
